Our Quality Management System
Document & Revision Control
All drawings, procedures, and records are controlled inside ShopTech E2 for accuracy, traceability, and real-time access.
Material Traceability
We track all materials from receipt to shipment including mill certs (MTRs), heat numbers, and certifications to ensure complete traceability.
Weld Quality Control
Welding is performed by AWS Certified personnel and inspected to AWS D1.1 standards. We follow qualified WPSs and in-process verification.
In-Process & Final Inspection
Dimensional checks, fit-up verification, and weld inspections are performed throughout production and again at final inspection prior to shipment.
Equipment Calibration
All measuring and testing equipment is calibrated on a regular schedule and maintained in compliance with industry requirements.
NCR & Corrective Action
We use a formal NCR and corrective action process to identify issues, implement solutions, and prevent recurrence.
